Refund policy

Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, brushed or combed through, cut, coloured, chemically treated, altered or otherwise used may not be eligible for a change of mind return.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request an eligible return, reach out to us at contact@dalishair.com before sending anything back. Please include your full name and order number and reason for the return. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

Every order is carefully inspected and photographed before dispatch. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, email contact@dalishair.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assist you. 

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non conforming goods are not affected by this policy.

Customised products

Products made or personalised specifically for you may not be eligible for cancellation or return for change of mind reasons where the applicable legal exception applies. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

If a return is accepted, we will inspect the item once received. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Any deductions, delivery charges and return postage will be handled in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Return postage 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us where they are returning an item due to a change of mind. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels until they are received by us.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. Return costs will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
