TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dalis Hair website and your purchase of products from us. Throughout these Terms, “Dalis Hair”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dalis Hair.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, textures, lengths and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, because our products include human hair, natural variations in texture, curl pattern, colour, density and appearance may occur between individual products or bundles. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.
The appearance of hair may also change after washing, styling, brushing, separating or otherwise following the care instructions provided with the product.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your device or screen settings.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Dalis Hair.
After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation to the contact information provided during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information provided is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please check your order information carefully before completing your purchase.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
4. PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are subject to the processing and fulfilment times displayed on our website. Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time provided for your chosen delivery service.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing and other unforeseen delays.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding delivery. Where applicable under consumer law, responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive them.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
5. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Due to the nature of hair products, items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an applicable hygiene exception applies.
Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, brushed or combed through, cut, coloured, chemically treated, altered or otherwise used may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to your contract with us.
6. HAIR CARE & PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided by Dalis Hair.
The lifespan and appearance of hair products can vary depending on factors including frequency of wear, washing, styling techniques, heat, colouring, chemical processing, products used and general maintenance.
Any guidance regarding the expected lifespan of our products is an estimate and not a guarantee that a product will remain in the same condition for a specified period.
Nothing in this section excludes your rights where a product is faulty or does not conform to your contract with us.
7. CUSTOM OR PERSONALISED ORDERS
Where we offer products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, cancellation and change-of-mind return rights may differ from those applying to standard products.
Any applicable restrictions will be handled in accordance with consumer law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Dalis Hair website, including our branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions and other original content, belongs to Dalis Hair or is used by us with permission.

Purchases made from our store are made with Dalis Hair, not Shopify.
